Mark has been part of the ServiceMASTER family for over 15 years. He is a graduate of Stevens Bible College and holds two Masters degrees in counseling and psychology. He is WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, CMR and 24 Hour Hazwhoper certified and is a graduate of the ServiceMASTER Academy in Memphis. He has worked in the field as an estimator and catastrophe operations manager including hurricane projects in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
He enjoys spending time with family and friends, church, movies, traveling, Jazz music and is an admitted golf addict. He and his wife, Nancy, have two grown daughters and four dogs. They are active in a local homeless shelter and food distribution program. They are also dedicated New England sports fans.
Tray Elliott III
William is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Texas. He became part of the ServiceMASTER family in June 2011 when he joined forces with Mark as Chief Financial Officer and partner. He comes to the business with over 20 years experience in the accounting and financial field where he served as CFO for a very large supplier for McDonald’s.
He and his wife, Julie, have three sons and, while living in Southern California, have kept their allegiance with the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. Tray enjoys golf, church, hunting, fishing and manning the BBQ.
Melissa (Ball) Steele
Emergency Services Administrator, Ontario
A graduate of California Baptist University, Melissa has worked for ServiceMASTER since 2005. Beginning as an estimator she then moved to coordinator and now the EMS department manager. She has completed numerous ServiceMASTER training courses and is WRT, FSRT, OCT and CMT certified as well as being a certified Symbility program trainer.
Her free time is dedicated to her two dogs, April and June, her husband Michael and following all of the successful New England sports teams.
Emergency Services Estimator
Kyle joined ServiceMASTER in 2005 after two years as a plumber’s apprentice. He began learning the disaster restoration business from the ground up. Starting as a assistant, then technician, lead technician, field supervisor and finally coordinator. Kyle is WRT and CMT certified and worked in Cedar Rapids, Iowa after the floods of 2008, South Padre Island after Hurricane Dolly in 2008 and Daytona Beach after Tropical Storm Nicole in 2010. He was a field supervisor on the Dillard’s 2010 Easter earthquake flood loss in El Centro.
Kyle was born in Loma Linda and has one older brother, Kevin. He graduated from Arrowhead Christian Academy in Redlands where he resides today. He enjoys wake boarding, snow boarding, motor cross and most extreme sports. Movies, concerts and hiking fill out his time when he is not working or trying to injure himself.
Aide De La Paz
Inland Empire Contents Assistant Manager
Aide joined ServiceMASTER in 2013 as the Inland Empire Contents Coordinator. Aide schedules and supervises crews for fire/smoke cleaning, packs outs and production work to assist our valued customers in their time of need. Aide also supervises the maintenance of our 25,000 sq ft warehouse facility.
Aide brings more than seven years of management experience to our company and has worked in the restoration industry for more than four years. She is also IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, and has successfully completed course for the EPA Lead Renovator through The Asbestos Institute in Phoenix, AZ.
Aide is happily married to her loving husband Michael, and together have four children and two dogs. Aide enjoys the beach, going to the movies, and spending quality time with her family.
Account Executives/Customer Service
Customer Service Representative, Escondido
A graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University, Brittany started with ServiceMASTER part time, while in college, and has been full time since 2011. Her current assignment has her covering all of the San Diego County area as well as south Riverside County. She has completed several ServiceMASTER training courses and is WRT, FSRT and OCT certified.
She enjoys working out, her dogs, hiking, bike riding, spending time with her friends and family, church, movies, concerts and taking golf lessons.
Customer Service Representative, Inland Empire
Bruce has been with ServiceMASTER since 2004 and thoroughly enjoys his role as a customer service representative. He was a staff claims adjuster for many years and an independent adjuster for over 20 years. Bruce played football at the University of Illinois and retired as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He and his wife, Nancy, have three children and one very spoiled schnauzer named Pepper. He has photos of the… dog, just ask.
Bruce is obsessed with golf, telling stories and serving his customers. He has his phone on 24/7 and prides himself in doing all he can to be the only call an agent or customer has to make.
Customer Service Representative
Marissa is a graduate of Stanislaus State University with a BA in Organizational Communications. Marissa comes from a background as a New Homes Sales Agent with over 6 years experience prior to moving to Rancho Cucamonga.
Marissa is married to Oscar and has 3 young children. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children play soccer, entertaining friends, and being involved in the community, church and her children’s school.
