Mark has been part of the ServiceMASTER family for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Stevens Bible College and holds two Masters degrees in counseling and psychology. He is WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, CMR and 24 Hour Hazwhoper certified and is a graduate of the ServiceMASTER Academy in Memphis. He has worked in the field as an estimator and catastrophe operations manager including hurricane projects in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
He enjoys spending time with family and friends, church, movies, traveling, Jazz music and is an admitted golf addict. He and his wife, Nancy, have two grown daughters, three grandsons and three dogs. They are active in a local homeless shelter and food distribution program. They are also dedicated New England sports fans.
Tray Elliott III
William is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Texas. He became part of the ServiceMASTER family in June 2011 when he joined forces with Mark as Chief Financial Officer and partner. He comes to the business with over 20 years experience in the accounting and financial field where he served as CFO for a very large supplier for McDonald’s.
He and his wife, Julie, have three sons and, while living in Southern California, have kept their allegiance with the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. Tray enjoys golf, church, hunting, fishing and manning the BBQ.
Melissa (Ball) Steele
Estimatics Manager, Ontario
A graduate of California Baptist University, Melissa has worked for ServiceMASTER since 2005. Beginning as an estimator she then moved to coordinator and now the EMS department manager. She has completed numerous ServiceMaster training courses and is WRT, FSRT, OCT and CMT certified as well as being a certified Symbility program trainer.
Her free time is dedicated to her son Maddox, her husband Michael, her two dogs, April and June, and following all of the successful New England sports teams.

Tanya joined the company in February of 2019 at our Henderson, NV office. She provides administrative support for all our locations. As the voice of the company and first point of contact, Tanya’s exemplary customer service and organizational skills shine through. She is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in Office and Operations Management. She ledoperations in Las Vegas at a Fortune 500 HVAC company for over 10 years prior to joining our team. Originally from California, Tanya attended AbileneChristian University in Texas and eventually moved to Las Vegas. When Tanya is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Benjamin, being outdoors, and helping others.
Michele joined ServiceMaster in 2015 as the Fleet Operations Manager. Michele handles our fleet department to ensure that county and state standards and procedures our maintained. Also, she oversees our locations at Ventura, Escondido & Paramount. Michele brings more than twenty years of management experience to our company. She has worked in the restoration industry for more than eight years. Michele is happily married to her loving husband Scott and has one son in college. Michele also volunteers as the Surface Force Ombudsman for the United States Navy. She enjoys going on hikes and taking her jeep to the beach.
Bertha is an important part of our Accounts Payable team. She has been with ServiceMaster since 2010. Prior to joining ServiceMaster, Bertha provided accounting services in the construction industry for over 35 years. When asked, Bertha describes herself as a Mother of two beautiful children and the Grandmother of two gorgeous grandchildren. She enjoys camping, off roading, target practice and skydiving. She is up for most activities that are fun and promise a new and great adventure.
Emergency Services Estimator
Kyle joined ServiceMASTER in 2005 after two years as a plumber’s apprentice. He began learning the disaster restoration business from the ground up. Starting as a assistant, then technician, lead technician, field supervisor and finally coordinator. Kyle is WRT and CMT certified and worked in Cedar Rapids, Iowa after the floods of 2008, South Padre Island after Hurricane Dolly in 2008 and Daytona Beach after Tropical Storm Nicole in 2010. He worked every major hurricane since including Irma in 2017, Michael in 2018 and Hurricanes Laura and Delta in 2020.
Kyle was born in Loma Linda and has one older brother, Kevin. He graduated from Arrowhead Christian Academy in Redlands where he resides today. He enjoys wake boarding, snow boarding, motor cross and most extreme sports. Movies, concerts and hiking fill out his time when he is not working or trying to injure himself.

Gina Johnson is the newest member to our Account Payable team. Gina comes to us with over 20 years of accounting experience. She graduated from Alta Loma High School and attended Chaffey College. My journey in the Restoration field began 27 years ago. I am a Senior Account Manager with ServiceMaster EMT for the past 10 plus years working with Agents, Adjusters & Brokers.
Prior to the restoration industry I had been in hotel management in the Midwest which brought me to CA in 1991 from Rapid City, So Dak. This is where I attended school & started my family. I have 1 daughter, 2 granddaughters & 3 great grandsons. They still all reside in the Black Hills. My Stepson lives in Portland with his wife & one-year old son.
I enjoy working, bowling, walking, playing corn hole, swimming and most activities outdoors. I am always up for a great time.
